If your TOTTO&CO. piece has stretched over time or needs new hardware, we offer a restringing service to bring it back into wear.

This service includes restringing and hardware replacement only.

Please drop us a DM on Instagram at @totto.and.co before checking out, so we can assess whether your piece is suitable for restringing.

• Available for TOTTO&CO. pieces only
• Missing beads, charms, or other components will be charged separately if replacement is needed
• Some pieces may not be suitable for restringing, depending on their condition.
• Shipping fees for sending your piece to and from us are not included
• Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for restringing
