Return

If you wish to initiate a return, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the items.

Please send an email to help@tottoandco.com for more information on the return process.

Please note: 

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Item must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Upon arrival of the returned package, we will determine if it is eligible for a refund.
  • If it meets the necessary criteria, a refund will be processed within 7 working days. 
  • It may take up to 30 days for the refund to be made to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • Personalized Jewellery, earrings, bracelets with sizing options and sale items are not eligible for return. 
  • Please note that we are not liable for lost mail.

Repair

Totto And Co. is dedicated to crafting high-quality, handmade jewellery that you will cherish for years to come.

If your jewellery breaks within the first 3 months of purchase, simply email us at help@tottoandco.com, and we will arrange a repair free of charge.

Please note that we cannot repair items with normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, oxidation, broken and chipped shells and gemstones.
