Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within Singapore but we're revving up to go global soon! Keep your eyes peeled for updates!
How long do I have to wait once I made an order?
As all items are made to order, please allow 5-7 days for us to craft and ship your order. Once it’s on its way, it should reach you in about 2 business days. If you need your items sooner, just send us a note at help@tottoandco.com, and we’ll do our very best to help. <3
How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your treasured jewellery looking its best for years to come, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfume and lotion.
Avoid water, chlorine and chemical by removing your pieces before showering or exercising.
For cleaning, use a soft cloth, and be sure to store your jewellery in a box or pouch.
Lost or stolen package?
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to help@tottoandco.com immediately.
Important Information:
- Please verify your shipping address before completing your checkout. If you notice any errors in your confirmation email, contact us promptly to update it.
- TOTTO&CO. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded for items returned to us because of an address error.
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to initiate a return, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the items.

Please note:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Item must be unworn and in original condition.
- Upon arrival of the returned package, we will determine if it is eligible for a refund.
- If it meets the necessary criteria, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- It may take up to 30 days for the refund to be made to the original payment method.
- Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Personalized Jewellery, earrings, bracelets with sizing options and sale items are not eligible for return.
- Please note that we are not liable for lost mail.
